Hi, I'm guava! I'm over 18 years old and live in an Asian time zone. I'm into fandoms based on Asian media, mainly various anime franchies and K-pop. Being a lifelong weeaboo has got me into learning Japanese (since 2014) to better understand the cultural context of my favourite works and to gobble up fanworks by Japanese fans for my rare ships.
As a fanworks creator, I specialize in writing fanfiction. Stories about my OTPs are posted on
I have created some graphics which are shared on

It is more difficult to commit to classes or anything which involves syncing up with other busy adults on a regular basis. For K-Pop fans, there's far more motivation to keep at it if there are lots of contents of fav groups without subtitles, but back in the day I just relied on the one Fantasy translator practically carrying the entire international SF9 fandom on their back 😂

Yeah having content available only raw is a motivator to learn lol. I feel that way when the webtoons I follow aren't translated quick enough to alleviate the cliffhangers LOL.
